Victoria Punga

Victoria Punga is the Project Manager of the International Centre for Defence Studies. Her main tasks include organising social events, seminars and conferences and assisting the Director in everyday work.

From 2002–2006, before joining the ICDS, Victoria was employed by the Estonian Ministry of Defence.  Since the beginning of the 2006 she has also been the Director of the Estonian NATO Association. Victoria has a great deal of experience in organising security and defence policy related events.

Victoria holds a Masters Degree in Political Sciences from the University of Tallinn.  She was born on 23 October 1977.
