Ahto Pärisalu is the webmaster and IT consultant of the International Centre for Defence Studies. He updates homepages of ICDS and advises our centre in IT management.

Ahto has graduated Tallinn University of Technology, specialised in telecommunications. He has been working in IT since 2004. He has been a leader of the Microsoft User Group of Estonia, an organisation for IT students and 2008-2010 was member of Council of the Estonian Atlantic Treaty Association. At the moment he studies International Business Administration in Estonian Business School.

Ahto was born on the 18th of May 1987 in Tallinn, Estonia.
